Sorcha is a Clinical Research Specialist with the Clinical Trials Unit. She is responsible for the daily project management of a number of international multi-centre trials, including preparing documentation and regulatory submissions, site set-up and training, recruitment monitoring and supply management.
Before joining the SPHERE, Sorcha spent over six years at the University of Oxford’s Clinical Trials Service Unit (CTSU) at the Nuffield Department of Population Health (NDPH). She worked as a Clinical Trial Manager on large-scale international renal and cardiovascular trials. Prior to this, Sorcha worked in the NDPH Wolfson Laboratories as a Scientific Officer and Laboratory Training Officer, on large observational studies and randomised trials. She completed a bachelors’ degree in Physiology at Trinity College, Dublin.
