Rohila supports SPHERE’s diverse portfolio of national and international studies by conducting both on-site and remote monitoring visits, assessing site readiness, verifying essential documents, and ensuring adherence to study protocols, ICH GCP standards, and institutional requirements.
Known for her detail-oriented and collaborative approach, Rohila performs detailed source data verification and reviews case report forms and study records for accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting. She provides clear, actionable feedback to investigators and study teams, helping maintain the rigorous standards that define SPHERE’s research excellence.
Beyond monitoring activities, Rohila contributes to operational improvement across SPHERE by developing SOPs, tools, and templates that streamline processes and support efficient study conduct.
