Kathryn Hodwitz, MSc, is a Clinical Research Specialist in the Observational Epidemiology & Qualitative Research Unit at the SPHERE. She has a graduate degree in Health Services Research from the University of Toronto and has been conducting qualitative and mixed-methods research for the past 15 years.
Kathryn’s work currently focuses on using qualitative methods to understand patients’ and healthcare providers’ perspectives on healthcare services and policies. Her previous areas of research include medical regulation, health professions education, and evaluation of health system performance. She currently holds an appointment as an Education Investigator at the Institute for Education Research (TIER) at UHN.
