Haolin Ye, MBIOT, is a Research Data Governance and Data Management Specialist at SPHERE, where he supports research data governance and compliance efforts at Unity Health Toronto. His work includes identifying institutional compliance gaps in meeting evolving research data governance requirements and best practices, and co-developing and operationalizing the institution’s research data management strategy. He also works closely with the Digital Research Alliance of Canada on the CAM Initiative: a pan-Canadian collaboration aimed at advancing infrastructure and supports for sensitive research data.
Prior to joining SPHERE, Haolin was a Research Ethics Coordinator at Sinai Health, where he advised and on REB review processes and requirements. He also brings more than three years of clinical research experience in immunological infertility and molecular neuroscience.
