Esmot joined SPHERE in April 2021 as a Research Database Application Specialist. She completed her PhD in Pediatrics from Mie University Graduate School of Medicine, Japan. Prior to joining SPHERE, she worked for Dalhousie University as a Research Associate and at McGill University as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. Esmot has more than 15 years of clinical research experience and quantitative data analysis. In her current role, she is responsible for the design, build, and support of clinical studies in electronics data capture systems.
